RUMOR #1:     It is a pyramid scheme.


FACT:     No! It is not a pyramid scheme. Pyramids take money from the participant's income and give it to the other participants. That is a losing and illegal system. Instead, our system is registered and approved in all the U.S. States and Canada.

Profit sharing is derived from the brokers income. The broker's only keeps approximately half of the office net profits and remaining portion is shared with those agents who helped build the company. If you ask your broker for half of their profits, what would the answer be?


UMOR #2:   As an Agent, I would pay more fees than I'm paying my broker

FACT:    Keller Williams Realty's (KWR) franchise/promotional fee is limited to a modest fee per year. In addition, the percentage of your hard-earned commission paid to the broker caps at low annual amount. After that you receive 100% of your commission for the rest of the year. In fact, it's possible to receive greater than 100% through profit sharing.


RUMOR #3:    You have to earn a fixed amount of income to be eligible for profit sharing, and it takes 3 years before you share profits

FACT:    Everyone in the company, including administraive staff, is eligible for profit sharing. Your income has no bearing on your ability to share in the profits. That is the beauty of the system. You could sell absolutely no real estate and still receive a check from KWR. Profits are distributed monthly to those who have helped KWR grow. You don't have to wait 3 years to benefit from profit sharing. Profit sharing is available imediately.

In fact, after 3 years with KWR, you are fully vested and the passive income is yours forever, whether you are working with KWR or not. RUMOR #4:   KWR agents don't have any input as to how the company is run

FACT:   This couldn't be further from the truth. KWR is an open-book establishment with all company dollars available for agents to monitor. The agent set policy for their individual offices and KWR International through the Agent Leadership Council, which consists of agents from every KWR office.


RUMOR #5:   Because of the training program, KWR will primarily attract new agents

FACT:
