Rick Cunningham is an owner of multiple real-estate-related ventures in Southern California, including three Keller Williams real estate brokerages comprising over 500 agents. Mr. Cunningham has enjoyed success in many fields involving real estate on the Westside.
Within his first year in real estate, Mr. Cunningham was among the core group of agents to open DBL Beverly Hills. While at DBL, he was recognized for outstanding production and achievement three years in a row, and was acknowledged as one of DBL Beverly Hills’ Top 10 Agents.
Recruited by Keller Williams Realty as one of the charter agents of the Hollywood Hills office, he founded the Cunningham Group, a real estate team with Keller Williams, and went on to become the Top Listing Agent for that office.
Mr. Cunningham is the owner and Operating Partner of three Keller Williams market centers in Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey and Westwood, as well as a co-founder and/or investor in three additional Keller Williams market centers, an escrow company and several real-estate-related joint ventures.
