Within his first year in Real Estate, Rick was among the core group of agents to open a Beverly Hills boutique company.  While at this company, he was recognized for outstanding production and achievement 3 years in a row, and was  acknowledged as one of their Top 10 Agents.

Recruited by Keller Williams Realty as one of the charter agents of the Hollywood Hills office, he founded The Cunningham Group. Rick went on to become the Top Listing Agent for that office, working part time on real estate sales and pursuing leadership opportunities.

His involvement & investment in Keller Williams has not stopped there:
