MARTY MEAD, Designated Broker
Martin Mead has been Keller Williams Santa Monica’s broker of record since 2007. As a real estate broker and attorney, he has accumulated 19 years of experience preparing and negotiating contracts and legal documents; as well as designing, implementing, and conducting state-of-the-art training programs for real estate agents, attorneys, and clients regarding legal compliance issues.
As KW Santa Monica’s broker of record, Marty is responsible for reviewing, supervising and managing the activity of all Keller Williams Santa Monica Associates and Broker-Associates, as well as overseeing and enforcing associate compliance with the National Association of REALTORS ® Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
Marty is a member of the In-House Section of the California Association of REALTORS ® Strategic Defense Panel, a think tank charged with identifying and providing solutions to legal issues faced by California real estate professionals and property owners. He is a member of the National, California, Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles, Malibu, and Southland Regional Associations of REALTORS ®.
Marty holds a B.S. in Economics from Birmingham–Southern College (summa cum laude, 1987) and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School (1990).
