My responsibilities revolve around maintaining the highest standard of agent conduct and ensuring that all our files are accurate and complete.  Among other things, I:

• Keep the Market Center in compliance with all Department of Real Estate regulations.
• Supervise Associate conduct and enforce the NAR Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• Keep the Market Center in compliance with Board of Realtors and MLS regulations.
• Review Associate transaction files for completeness and accuracy.
• Sign off on all completed approved files in order for agents’ commission checks to be disbursed.
• Review and approve Associate advertising or marketing materials (including signage and business cards) to ensure that those materials are in compliance with all terms of the Keller Williams Standards & Identity Guide.

I also work to ensure that the Market Center’s training programs encompass all of the latest developments and trends in California Real Estate Law, and I am available to consult with Associates whenever questions or difficulties arise regarding their transactions .
