ALC PURPOSE

The purpose of ALC is to guarantee our associates a vehicle for giving direct input as to the operation Keller Williams. The main objectives are to:

  1. Assist in setting annual Market Center goals and plans.
  2. Take an active part in implementing these plans and helping the Market Center achieve these goals.
  3. Be the forum for the creation of all Market Center policies, guidelines and procedures.
  4. Inspire and create leadership.
  5. Provide the innovation, creativity and leadership for the implementation of these ideas.
  6. Keep our professional standards and public image "world class."
  7. Help associates become the very best business people possible.
  8. Assist the Team Leader and support office policies and procedures that help ensure a profitable and productive market center for the agent majority-not for personal agendas.
